When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive emails from Sheas Deals when your order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.  Check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received anything!  If you ordered products from multiple brands, they will ship separately and you will receive a separate email for tracking information.

Will my order arrive in one delivery?

If you ordered from multiple brands, they will ship separately.  Your order may arrive in multiple packages at different delivery dates.

What do I do if the email says my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it yet?

Most items turn up for our customers within three days.  Here are some things that you can try: Check that your shipping address is correct.  Check around your home or with neighbors.  Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit.  That means that your package could be marked as “delivered” even though it’s still on it’s way.  Your package is likely to show up within three days of a false scan.

What is your return policy?

Due to the hefty sales prices during the event, all sales are finals.  Brands are unable to process returns once orders have shipped.
